By joining the GivingBirthNaturally.com Affiliate Program, you can help your website's visitors find evidence-based pregnancy and childbirth classes. Our Affiliate Program allows you to place our links and banners on your site and receive a commission of 30% on items sold as a result of visitors clicking on those links, without the hassle of shipping or customer service.

HOW IT WORKS

After a visitor clicks on one of your banners or links, you will receive a 30% commission on any sales resulting from those clicks within 6 months.

Simply login to your affiliate account, get your link code, and paste it into your website(s) and/or email. You'll receive an email each time you make a sale and will be paid monthly via PayPal for all commissions earned.

Your affiliate panel also contains links to your sales log as well as access to banners and other creative to post on your website(s), blog or in your mailings.

FAQS

How Often Am I Paid?

Unlike other affiliate programs, there is no minimum for payment. All accounts will be paid within two weeks of the preceding month.

For example, any commissions generated in January will be paid by the 15th of February.

You will never have to wait for a check to arrive because all commission payments are instantly transferred to you via PayPal in USD.

How Will I Know if I've Made A Sale?

Once you've signed up as an affiliate, you'll receive access to your own affiliate panel where you can log in to see your sales log.

You'll also received an email each time a sale is initiated from your links.

Where Do I Get Banners and Links?

Login to your affiliate account to generate your links and gain access to banners and graphics as well as helpful tips to increase your conversion rates and generate more sales.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be an authorized affiliate of GivingBirthNaturally.com, you must agree to and abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

***GivingBirthNaturally.com has a strict NO SPAM policy. Your account WILL be terminated on the first SPAM offense.***

1. Operating Conditions

GivingBirthNaturally.com, the Online Childbirth Institute, StudyWomb and all of its site content is protected under copyright. As an affiliate, you may place banners or links within non-SPAM newsletters, in your website and/or blog, or within other web-related content.

GivingBirthNaturally.com retains the right to terminate and/or refuse any affiliate membership deemed unsuitable at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to sites that:

Promote illegal activities
Contain Pornography, Hate, Discriminatory and/or offensive material
Use GivingBirthNaturally.com content, graphics, or links in a method not conducive to our mission
Promote artificial infant feeding

The Affiliate shall represent GivingBirthNaturally.com in a fair and business-like manner at all times. Affiliate links and banners must only be placed on your own website(s) or in your own non-SPAM mailings and you are solely responsible for the website(s) and its contents and shall ensure that they conform at all times to all applicable laws and regulations.

GivingBirthNaturally.com shall not be liable for any material on the Affiliates site or for the conduct of the Affiliate.

Spam will not be tolerated. You may not use any methods of spam to reach an audience. Any reports of spam will result in immediate termination of your affiliate membership and all unpaid commissions will be forfeit.

The affiliate shall not make any claim either direct or inferred that they are employed by GivingBirthNaturally.com or have any relationship with GivingBirthNaturally.com other than that listed in these Terms and conditions.

2. Revenues and Payment

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on all sales generated via click-throughs via their affiliate links within 6 months. Commission shall only be earned as a direct result of a purchaser following a link from the Affiliates web site and placing an order with GivingBirthNaturally.com. The affiliate shall not be entitled to any revenue for any orders by this purchaser should they not pass through an affiliate link.

Payments will be made within two weeks of the end of the preceding month. There is no minimum balance for payment. All payments will be issued via PayPal in USD.

3. Statistics And Reporting

Your affiliate panel will have detailed statistics and reports for you to use. You can see which campaigns are successful and which are not. We've also setup a few templates and ads for you to put on your site or email to your subscribers.

We offer one of the most detailed reporting panels for affiliates - so be sure to use it to your advantage. Track your clicks, impressions, sales, commissions, sales rate, CTR, and anything else you can imagine. You will find charts, graphs, and other features to help present this material to you.

4. Termination of Agreement

GivingBirthNaturally.com reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement with any affiliate who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions. No notice will be provided and any commission outstanding will be canceled.

In all other situations, a notice of 30 days is required by the Affiliate or GivingBirthNaturally.com should either party wish to terminate this agreement. In the event the affiliate wishes to terminate the agreement, the affiliate should e-mail notice to affiliates [at] givingbirthnaturally.com.

Upon termination of this agreement, no charge will be made by either party. Once the notice period has expired, shall dispatch payment through PayPal for any outstanding commission owed the Affiliate.

Upon termination, the Affiliate agrees to immediately remove all material and links referring to the GivingBirthNaturally.com website.

5. Legals

The contract will be governed by the laws of the United States and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the United States courts.

GivingBirthNaturally.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the commission rates paid without notice.
