One of the most effective ways to empower yourself about your impending birth is to read the natural birth stories of other mothers. They help suppress all the negative influences around you and dispel any lingering self doubt you may have.

Natural Pain Relief
I've said it before and I'll say it again...choosing a natural birth does not mean choosing a painful one. To that end, be sure to check out the Natural Pain Relief strategies. They are time-honored methods to eliminate or greatly reduce any discomfort in labor without the side effects or risks of medications.
Remember, these comfort measures work best when a mother is in optimal birthing positions and mentally and physically relaxed.
